Services Overview
Mister Meta Manager provides Shopify business growth services, including store setup, optimization, marketing campaigns, and consultancy. All services are subject to these Terms of Service.
Client Responsibilities
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information required to deliver our services.
- Timely Cooperation: Delays caused by client unresponsiveness or lack of necessary input may impact delivery timelines.
- Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring your use of our services complies with Shopify’s terms and applicable laws.
Payment Terms
- Service Fees: All fees for services will be communicated upfront through invoices or written agreements.
- Payment Schedule: Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule (e.g., upfront, milestones, or recurring).
- Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees or result in suspension of services.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in our Refund Policy.
Service Delivery and Timeline
- We strive to meet all agreed deadlines; however, unforeseen delays may occur. We will communicate any delays promptly.
- Services will be considered complete upon delivery of the agreed outputs (e.g., store setup, campaign launch).
Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for losses resulting from Shopify platform issues, third-party tool failures, or external events beyond our control.
- Our total liability for any claims related to our services will not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service in question.
Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of your Shopify store, content, and any original materials provided to us.
- Any custom strategies or deliverables created by us remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. After payment, rights are transferred to the client.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This obligation remains in effect even after the completion of the services.
Termination of Services
- Client-Initiated Termination: You may terminate services by providing written notice. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
- Agency-Initiated Termination: We reserve the right to terminate services if the client violates these terms or fails to meet payment obligations.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first seek resolution through good-faith discussions. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to mediation or arbitration under the laws of USA.
Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the “Effective Date” will be updated accordingly. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA.
